Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for UKI Technology Consulting - MES to lead end‑to‑end MES programmes and multi‑site transformations from Dublin. You will shape strategies, governance and deployment roadmaps while guiding global teams and senior stakeholders through complex engagements.

The role emphasizes delivery excellence, client relationships and business growth within a dynamic manufacturing and life sciences context.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of MES or digital transformation experience for Manager level.
• 12+ years of MES leadership experience for Senior Manager level.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES programmes and transformations across global sites.
• Define MES and digital manufacturing strategies, operating models and roadmaps.
• Lead multidisciplinary and global teams across functional, technical and validation workstreams.
• Build trusted relationships with manufacturing, quality and senior stakeholders.
