Job summary

HRM Search Partners is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation to recruit an MES Engineer on a 12-month rolling contract (Hybrid). The role focuses on authoring, testing, and validating MES recipes while ensuring integration with core enterprise systems.

Required: 5+ years MES engineering in biotech/pharma, strong CSV and system integration experience with SAP, control and lab systems. Desirable: Syncade/PAS-X, Visual Basic, MS SQL Server.

Qualifications

• 5+ years MES engineering experience in biotech/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of CSV and system integration.
• Experience interfacing MES with SAP, control, and lab systems.
• Desirable exposure to Syncade or PAS-X; Visual Basic and MS SQL Server advantageous.
• Level 8 degree (BSc/BEng) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Author, configure, and validate MES recipes to maintain lean manufacturing workflows.
• Validate master batch records and documentation per corporate standards.
• Lead integration across MES, SAP, control, and lab systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project and site operations teams.
