Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment in Dublin is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance professional to lead end-to-end M&A and capital-raising deals. You will manage deal execution, prepare financial models and client-ready presentations, and support strategic decision-making with commercial analysis.

Stakeholder collaboration and new business pitches are key parts of the role. You will work with senior decision-makers in a lean, collaborative team, handling diverse deal flow across sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services – ideally corporate finance/transaction services/private equity.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (modelling) and PowerPoint.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
• Highly motivated, with a track record of ownership and delivery.
