Job summary

Stelfox IT Recruitment is seeking QA/QC Engineers for Mechanical and Electrical packages on on-site projects in Espoo, Finland. The role targets large-scale construction environments within data centre, industrial, or technology sectors and requires strong QA/QC discipline across MEP works.

You will develop and maintain QA/QC procedures, review ITPs, carry out site inspections, issue NCRs, and support timely close-out with project teams. Excellent documentation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Monitor and inspect MEP works to ensure compliance with project specs and standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures for MEP works.
• Review method statements, ITPs, and quality documentation submitted by subcontractors.
• Carry out site inspections and NCRs when required.
• Collaborate with design teams and subcontractors to close quality issues.
• Maintain records of inspections, tests, certifications, and quality documents.

Responsibilities

• Implement QA/QC procedures for MEP works on site.
• Review and verify ITPs and submission of quality docs.
• Carry out inspections and audits for compliance.
• Issue NCRs and track corrective actions.
• Support MEP team in resolving quality issues.
