Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment seeks a capable Technical Coordinator in Dublin for a leading building services team. You will apply your Diploma/Degree in Building Services or Mechanical/Construction Engineering and bring 3+ years of experience in building sector projects.

You''ll coordinate design teams, liaise with subcontractors, ensure documentation compliance, and contribute to tender preparations. Proficiency with AutoCAD and strong communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Construction Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience in relevant roles.
• Experience as Technical Coordinator, Building Services Coordinator or M&E Project Manager.
• Experience in Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Education projects.
• Background with main contractor or M&E subcontract is advantageous.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and solid IT systems knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Requirement

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Construction Engineering
• 3+ years' experience
• Previous employment as a Technical Coordinator, Building Services Coordinator or M&E Project Manager
• Experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Education etc.
• Previous main contractor or M&E subcontract -or backgrounds would be advantageous
• Experience and proficiency with IT systems and knowledge of AutoCAD is required
• Candidate must have the ability to work in teams, be an organised self-starter and possess strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Requires being knowledgeable with specifications, service drawings, architectural and structural details.
• Liaising with design teams, coordinating subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with company standards and program the timely submission of O&M manuals, BC(A)R procedures and other duties.
• Assisting in the preparation of detailed tender documentation.
