Job summary

Dundalk-based MEICA Project Manager role with Glanua leads a multi-disciplinary team across civil, MEICA and process scopes, managing safety, quality, schedule and budget. You’ll drive Lean Construction, coordinate with clients and designers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for water and wastewater infrastructure.

The role requires a Level 8 Engineering degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership, communication and MS Project skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar MEICA/engineering project role.
• Certificate in Managing Safely for Construction Managers preferable.
• Experience managing Civil and MEICA works including civil, mechanical and electrical packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards on-site.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement, cashflow and interim payments to clients.
• Mentor and develop staff with development plans.
• Support tendering opportunities for new projects.
