Sunrise Senior Living in Ireland is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications per physician orders, follow the Six Rights, and document accurately in MAR/TAR. You will observe residents during and after passes and monitor symptoms to ensure safe, dignified care.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Medication Administration certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.
