We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to join a high-performing team on a six-month fixed-term contract, covering the West of Ireland. This field-based opportunity is ideal for a commercially focused sales professional who can quickly build trusted relationships with healthcare customers, deliver strong territory performance and maintain a high standard of compliance.

What you will do

• Deliver sales targets and drive growth across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Plan and execute effective customer calls, territory activity and local educational meetings.
• Identify new opportunities and use market insight to improve customer engagement and territory performance.
• Maintain accurate customer records, activity reports and territory plans using CRM systems.
• Work in line with all company policies, industry codes and regulatory requirements.

What you will bring

• Previous pharmaceutical, healthcare or relevant field sales experience.
• A proven ability to achieve targets and manage a territory independently.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship‑building and influencing skills.
• Commercial awareness, excellent planning skills and a results‑focused approach.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout the West of Ireland.
• A relevant third‑level qualification is preferred.

Contract and territory

This is a field‑based, six‑month fixed‑term opportunity covering the West of Ireland. Frequent travel across the territory and occasional attendance at national meetings or conferences will be required.
