Job summary

JWR Employment Specialists are recruiting Medical Device Production Operators to join a market leader in Industrial Precision Solutions and Advanced Technology in Ballybrit, Co. Galway.

Full-time permanent contract after a 6-month probation, with a 4-day working week from Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5:15pm. Starting wage €12.81 per hour, rising to €13.33 after six months, plus opportunities for progression within a structured development program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Attention to detail and sound judgement.
• Motivated, team-based, flexible and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure weekly schedule is completed.
• Assist with production inspections and testing.
• Identify and control non-conforming products.
• Conduct final inspections and product release.
• Keep work areas clean and organized per procedures.
• Maintain traceability of products.
• Work as part of a team to maximise productivity.
• Follow safety, quality and ISO requirements.
