CPL is seeking a Medical Advisor in Dublin, Ireland, for a permanent, full-time, hybrid role with three days in the office in South Dublin. The position focuses on providing medical and scientific information, regulatory and training support for Cardiometabolic areas, in line with guidelines.

The role entails training sales and marketing staff, supporting activities with medical information, and ensuring pharmacovigilance and regulatory compliance. Occasional international travel may be required.

Formación

• Pharmacy or Biology background (MsC, PharmD or PhD level).
• 2 years’ relevant Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Highly organised and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Strong commitment to compliance with the relevant rules and procedures, and to scientific quality and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide therapy area and product training for sales & marketing staff.
• Provide scientific backup and advice for the company’s sales & marketing activities
• Provide medical information to healthcare professionals and answer product queries on assigned therapeutic areas.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant product safety, regulatory affairs, vigilance and pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Gather and communicate medical insights to inform clinical development and strategic planning.
• Act as the primary scientific contact for KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), specialist physicians, and centres of excellence.
• Develop and maintain own professional expertise and keep up to date on therapeutic trends related to assigned therapeutic areas
• Keep abreast of all relevant industry regulation, legislation and ethics codes and ensure that all activities are in compliance with same.
