Job summary

Vickerstock is partnering with a Civil Engineering specialist to appoint a Mechanical Project Engineer for Dundalk. You will deliver water and wastewater projects, ensure on-site H&S, and collaborate with subcontractors and the supply chain to meet the programme and specifications.

Ideal candidates have MEICA experience, a Level 7 engineering degree, and proficiency with GPS, TotalStation, and AutoCAD, plus a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a Project Engineer role or similar.
• Experience in MEICA engineering.
• Level 7 Hons Degree in an Engineering discipline or similar.
• GPS, TotalStation and AutoCAD experience.
• Full Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Work to deliver Water and Wastewater projects.
• Work to ensure H&S on site.
• Review and create Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Work closely with the sub-contract and supply chain.
• Monitor works progress and report them to Project Manager.
• Review and prepare RAMs & Method Statements.
• Ensure project is delivered in line with construction programme and to key specification.
• Oversee subcontractor works, and provide technical expertise.

This company specialises in Water and Wastewater construction and engineering projects - due to continued growth and a full pipeline of work they are adding a new Project Engineer to the team.

Your new role as Project Engineer
