Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd in Dundalk is seeking a Mechanical Take-off & Materials Co-Ordinator to identify, quantify and order mechanical components for projects. Working from 3D models and technical drawings, you will produce accurate material take-offs and coordinate orders to ensure parts are available when needed.

The role is based in Dundalk with standard hours and a competitive salary dependent on experience, reporting to the Head of Sales and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience with reading 3D models and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with take-off processes and BOMs.
• Coordinate material orders and liaise with procurement.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and 3D models to identify components and quantities.
• Prepare detailed material take-offs, bills of quantities and material schedules.
• Raise purchase requisitions and orders, liaise with project teams, suppliers and procurement, and monitor orders and deliveries.
