Job summary

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for mechanical inspections related to installations, testing, commissioning for the project.
• Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans, Quality Plans and procedures.
• Conduct inspections of ongoing activities for mechanical installations.
• Check drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.
• Reading and understanding of the LSP (P&ID sheets).
• Quality walking of service installs and identifying issues.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical QA/QC Line Walker to join Suir Engineering. This position will be based on a Semi-Conductor project based in Leixlip Co. Kildare.

What will I be doing?

• Responsible for mechanical inspections related to installations, testing, commissioning etc. for the involved project.
• Develop and implement Suir and subcontractors Inspection and Test Plans, Quality Plans and quality procedures.
• Conduct inspections of all ongoing activities for mechanical installations.
• Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.
• Reading and understanding of the LSP (this is the tool P&ID sheets)
• Quality walking of service installs and identifying any issues,

Is this job for me?
