A leading HVAC and BMS engineering firm is seeking a qualified Mechanical Plumber to join their service team in Leinster. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repairs of boilers and heating systems across commercial and industrial sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship experience and be willing to travel occasionally. Job description

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Plumber to join our service team in Leinster. The role involves installation, maintenance and repair of boilers, LPHW heating systems and plant room equipment across commercial and industrial sites.

Sirus is an Irish HVAC and BMS engineering firm serving the Industrial, pharmaceutical, and commercial sector. With two offices in Dublin and Cork, Sirus is involved in almost every aspect of HVAC and BMS design, installation and service. Our services include HVAC engineering, Automation engineering, Facility Management, Energy services, HVAC start up and commissioning, validation and QHSE compliance for pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, laboratories, schools, institutions and commercial buildings around the country. Your role will be as a Mechanical Plumber. This role is Leinster based but occasional nationwide travel will be required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance, repairs, upgrades and installations of boilers, LPHW heating systems, pumps, water heaters and hot water storage calorifiers.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on plant room equipment.
• Assist HVAC engineers with maintenance duties when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experience.

Training & Personal Growth

• Company Sponsorship of relevant training (All business/company relevant courses in a related discipline are encouraged).

Reports To

Service Manager, Sirus Air Con, Ballymount.

Remuneration & Conditions

• Permanent full-time role, 6 months probationary period.
• Salary (paid monthly to your bank account) with annual review.
• Based in our Ballymount office Dublin 12 and client sites as required.
