• Strong mechanical knowledge is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach.
• Keen to learn, develop and progress your career within estimating.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and tenders for mechanical services projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documents for take-offs (material and labour).
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify risks, clarifications and opportunities for value engineering.
• Collaborate with estimating, commercial and operations teams.
• Assist in tender submissions and supporting documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date cost data and pricing information.
