Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking two experienced Mechanical Estimators to join our growing team. You will prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical projects, covering material, labor, and overhead costs.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather information for detailed bid proposals. Responsibilities include analyzing drawings and specs, quantifying costs, submitting bids, and maintaining a cost database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes.
• Proficient in estimating software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documentation to prepare cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to understand scope and requirements.
• Identify and quantify material, labor, and equipment costs for project completion.
• Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals with competitive pricing.
• Conduct risk assessments to account for unforeseen costs.
• Maintain an organized cost database and historical data for future reference.
• Assist in value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, pricing changes, and best practices in estimating.
