THE BEST BRAZILIAN BUTCHERS SERVICES LIMITED in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Ireland, is seeking Meat Processing Operatives to join the operations team. You will perform production, packing, cleaning, and safety checks, working to meet production targets and ensuring products meet high quality standards.

The role involves routine line setup, equipment checks, and reporting issues to the Line Supervisor. You may work in cold environments and participate in all company training.

Responsibilities

• Undertake various tasks in the production area, including line operation, packing, cleaning, distribution, and more.
• Familiarize yourself with the daily production plan and work with the team to set up the line, conduct checks, and ensure materials are ready for use.
• Conduct all pre-start, hygiene, and safety checks as directed.
• Notify the Line Supervisor of any equipment breakages, damages, or defaults, and ensure machinery is only used when safe to do so.
• Record checks as instructed.
• Ensure that the product meets the highest standards and report any issues to the Line Supervisor immediately.
• Fully participate in all company training, asking questions and ensuring satisfaction with all aspects of the area and role.
• Other duties may be assigned by your direct Line Supervisor from time to time.
