The Fresh Market in Ireland is seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join our team. You will cut and trim meat and seafood to high standards, assist guests with product selection, and help maintain inventory and pricing accuracy.

This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, a passion for quality, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Certification within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• All Meat Cutters must be certified within The Fresh Market’s internal training platform within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests in finding products and meal solutions.
• Handle, slice, cut and trim meat and seafood products to The Fresh Market standards.
• Monitor case temperatures and storage areas; ensure freshness and quality.
• Enforce safety and food safety policies per company and legal requirements.
