Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking two Master Data Management Coordinators for our North Dublin based client. You will manage creation and maintenance of EMEA customer and supplier data within Oracle, perform data quality checks, and drive improvements in data governance.

You will work with teams to resolve data issues and ensure SLAs are met. The role requires strong data management background, experience with high-volume data, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with an ERP system (Oracle preferred).
• Strong knowledge of data masters in an ERP environment.
• Experience with high-volume data processing.
• Demonstrated initiative and strong communication abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage Creation and Maintenance of EMEA Customer and Suppliers.
• Create and maintain commercial data within the Oracle system - Customer, Vendor, Item and Pricing master.
• Action all email activity in team inbox and work from Teams Workflow system, Mendix.
• Provide root cause analysis on daily process issues and queries.
• Liaise with SBUs and internal customers and support teams to ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain data and processes in response to changes in business requirements.
• Ensure data is processed accurately and on time.
