Griffith College Limerick is seeking an experienced Programme Manager for the MBA programme delivered in partnership with Heriot-Watt University. The PM will oversee programme coordination, academic integrity, quality assurance and learner support to maximise recruitment and delivery efficiency.

The role requires strong academic leadership, stakeholder engagement and collaboration with campus teams to maintain high standards of teaching, learning and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• This role typically requires an NFQ Level 9 qualification or equivalent experience in higher education.
• Experience in recruitment and academic leadership is essential.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and programme management.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme management for MBA with Heriot-Watt University as awarding body.
• Drive student recruitment, learner progression and exceptional learner experience.
• Coordinate teaching, assessment, and academic integrity across programmes.
• Collaborate with industry, marketing and academic staff to raise programme profile.
• Ensure compliance with partner policies and institutional requirements.
• Oversee timetabling, lecturer recruitment and induction activities.
• Support dissertations and research modules where applicable.
• Engage in governance, committees and annual monitoring activities.
