Griffith College Limerick invites applications for the MBA Programme Manager to lead and coordinate the MBA in partnership with Heriot-Watt University. Emphasis on student recruitment, programme delivery, and academic integrity.

You will work with stakeholders across college teams, ensure quality standards, manage timetabling, assessments, and learner support, and drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• NFQ level above the programme is typically required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in higher education administration and programme management preferred.
• Commitment to teaching and learning quality and learner support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver year-on-year increases in the programme’s market share nationally.
• Identify opportunities to grow learner numbers on the programme.
• Engage with activities leading to student recruitment and industry liaison.
• Provide leadership by liaising with industry and maintaining excellence in teaching and programme delivery.
• Ensure an exceptional learner experience, supporting learner progression and retention.
• Participate in departmental and cross-functional meetings and committees.
• Maintain compliance with HWU and Griffith policies and requirements.
