Job summary

Griffith College Limerick, in partnership with Heriot Watt University, seeks an MBA Programme Manager to maximise recruitment and ensure effective delivery. You will coordinate academics, quality assurance, and pastoral care across the MBA and related programmes, working with staff, industry partners and class representatives to uphold high standards.

The role focuses on academic leadership, learner support and continuous improvement, with strong opportunities for teaching and governance

Qualifications

• NFQ qualification at one level above the programme level.
• Lecturing experience in higher education is preferred.
• Experience in programme management or leadership roles.
• Commitment to teaching excellence and learner support.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to collaborate with industry and academic partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver year-on-year increases in the programme’s market share nationally.
• Identify opportunities to grow learner numbers on the programme.
• Engage in student recruitment activities and liaise with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to maintain academic integrity and programme delivery.
• Ensure an exceptional learner experience, progression and retention.
• Coordinate administration, timetabling and examinations with HWU and Griffith.

Education
