Job summary

Arcon Recruitment Services is seeking Production Associates for an established Mayo-based manufacturing company. You will support day-to-day production, assemble products and inspect finished items, contributing to safe, efficient operations in a busy factory.

Applicants with factory experience are preferred, but full training may be provided. The role suits those who are reliable, able to follow instructions and work well in a team to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, factory, assembly or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
• Capable of teamwork in a busy environment.
• Comfortable with manual-handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general production and manufacturing duties.
• Assemble products and components as instructed.
• Operate basic production equipment as required.
• Inspect products for quality and defects.
• Complete production records accurately.
• Pack, label and prepare finished goods for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow safety procedures.
• Report faults or quality issues to supervision.
• Collaborate with colleagues to hit daily targets.
• Support other production areas when needed.
