Job summary

Trend Technologies Ireland, based in Mullingar, is seeking a Materials Systems Coordinator to join our Production team. The role oversees inventory accuracy and material traceability across the manufacturing process, coordinating movement of raw materials, WIP and finished goods between production areas and external storage.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Forklift driving experience or certification.
• Strong organizational and numerical/problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Experience in ISO-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and material traceability within the ERP system.
• Coordinate the movement of raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Generate and analyse ERP reports to support decision-making and cross-functional communication.
• Conduct inventory audits, stock reconciliations and stocktake activities.
• Support warehouse and logistics activities including receiving and shipping.
