Job summary

Dexcom, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring, seeks a Material Handler 2 in Ireland to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will move materials safely, accurately, and on time, while collaborating with teammates to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 2–4 years of warehouse experience, familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, and forklift operation. Dexcom offers comprehensive benefits and global growth opportunities within a pioneering health tech

Qualifications

2-4 years experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
Experience using ERP or WMS systems.
Experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment.
Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Ability to obtain forklift certification.
Strong communication, maths, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Carry out receiving, shipping, inventory control, and manufacturing support activities.
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts.
Complete ERP/WMS transactions including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
Investigate and resolve basic inventory, shipping, and receiving issues.
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including international shipments.
Use basic to intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
Support process improvements and help lead daily team check-ins.
Train and support new employees.
Assist with task prioritisation and workload planning.
