Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Start Date: July 2026

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts | 4-on / 3-off – 3-on / 4-off pattern

Friday to Sunday + alternate Thursdays

As a Senior Warehouse Operative (Known internally as Material Handler 3), you’ll support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring materials move safely, accurately, and on time. This role is ideal for someone with solid warehouse experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility, support teammates, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out receiving, shipping, inventory control, and manufacturing support activities
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts
• Complete ERP/WMS transactions including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve basic inventory, shipping, and receiving issues
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including international shipments
• Use basic to intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting
• Support process improvements and help lead daily team check-ins
• Train and support new employees
• Assist with task prioritisation and workload planning

What You Bring

• Experience in a warehouse or material handling role
• Experience using ERP or WMS systems
• Experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Strong communication, maths, and problem-solving skills
