Job summary

The Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking a Bar Tender to join our team. You will craft classic and signature cocktails, deliver friendly guest service, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar in a fast-paced setting near Malahide coast.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a bar role, strong cocktail and spirits knowledge, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Perks include meals on duty and staff discounts across the FBD Hotels Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a bar role.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits and bar techniques.

Responsibilities

• Craft a wide variety of cocktails and beverages.
