Job summary

The Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking energetic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our busy team across Bar, Restaurant and Lounge. You’ll deliver friendly service, assist with food and drink service, and uphold the high standards of presentation.

Applicants must be at least 18, and have full flexibility to work evenings and weekends. This role offers a great remuneration package, meals on duty, on-site parking, and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• To assist in Food & Beverage Service to the Hotel standard
• To deliver an exceptional guest experience
• To ensure that all opening and closing procedures are conducted in line with SOPs
• To be responsible for the appearance and tidiness of the Service Areas
• To ensure that all preparation is completed in advance of Service times
• To communicate Hotel and Group services to guests
