Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is partnering with a global leader in climate innovation to hire a Data Management professional for their Dublin offices. You will join a collaborative, purpose-driven team focused on accurate master data and agile data processes.

You will create and maintain key commercial data in Oracle for EMEA, manage workflows, ensure SLA performance, and deliver regular management reports. The role requires ERP experience, strong data governance, and keen attention to detail in a hybrid

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with an ERP system; Oracle experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in master data management, ideally in a high-volume environment (customer, supplier, item, pricing).
  • Strong analytical and IT skills (Excel, MS Office).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently, show initiative, and consistently meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain key commercial data (customers, vendors, items, pricing) within the Oracle system for EMEA.
  • Manage team inbox workflows, actioning requests via Teams Workflow system (Mendix), and respond to all data support queries.
  • Liaise closely with SBUs, internal customers, and support teams to ensure SLA performance while remediating system and data issues.
  • Guarantee data compliance with business rules and audit requirements, maintaining accurate supporting documentation and adherence to daily KPIs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of process issues, drive data management productivity, and support the development and delivery of DM strategy.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports and foster trust-based relationships with all stakeholders.
