Job summary

The role sits in the Global Marketing team, requiring hands-on technical comfort with AI and the ability to create compelling stories for both technical and business audiences. English fluency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or tech/B2B marketing.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Genuine passion for AI and ability to translate tech into compelling stories.

As part of the Global Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist – AI Solutions & Products will drive the product marketing and go-to-market of Sia’s fast-growing portfolio of AI solutions — including our Agent Store and our dedicated AI products. Sitting at the intersection of consulting and product marketing, this role is about turning fast-moving AI capability into clear positioning, credible assets, and practical field execution. You will coordinate cross-functional execution across product launches, customer proof points, partner moments, events, and account-based campaigns. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, genuinely passionate about AI, and equally at ease getting hands-on with the technology and translating it into compelling stories for both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Shaping the market narrative for Sia’s AI portfolio — including the Agent Store and our dedicated AI solutions — and translating complex innovation into clear, compelling customer value

• Developinga durable messagingandpositioning framework that connects our AI capabilities toreal client outcomes and measurable business impact

• Owning and accelerating the go-to-market of our AI product catalog, from launch planning through field enablement and adoption

• Building the field-facing operating system — playbooks, demos, pitch assets,andbattlecards — that helps consultingteamsposition and sell our AI solutions

• Driving awareness of our solutions by mobilizing tech influencers and the wider AI community, andamplifying our voice across relevant channels

• Coordinating cross-functional execution across product launches, customer proof points, partner moments, events, and account-based campaigns

• Partnering closely withhis/her colleagues within the marketing & communication team,to keep our storyimpactful and relevant

• 3+ years of experience inproduct marketing, go-to-market, or tech/B2B marketing, ideally in a software, SaaS, or AI-driven environment

• Genuine passion for and working knowledge of AI — you follow the space closely, experiment with the tools, and can hold your own in a technical conversation

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Master’s degree in Marketing,Communications, Business, orarelated field, or equivalent hands-on experience

• Excellent verbalandwritten communication skills, with a talent for turning complex technology into clear, compelling stories

• Comfortable engaging tech communities and influencers, and building credible product content such as demos, launch assets, and thought leadership

• Proactive, collaborative, and hands-on mindset, with the organizational drive to lead cross-functional execution across multiple launches and campaigns simultaneously
