Job summary

Scurri Ltd is seeking a Marketing Executive in Wexford to support the marketing lifecycle from content creation to CRM hygiene and event execution. You will craft social-first assets, leverage AI tools, and ensure GDPR-compliant lead management for UK, EU, and international markets.

The role involves updating CMS content, supporting SEO efforts, and developing customer case studies while travelling within Ireland, UK, EU, and US as required.

Qualifications

• A BSc/BA in Marketing or related field with relevant experience.
• Ability to turn technical B2B features into engaging content for UK, EU and international markets.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Proficiency with Adobe, MS Office, HubSpot CRM and WordPress CMS.
• Solid understanding of GDPR, first-party data and multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong organisational skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel within Ireland, UK, EU and US; valid work rights.

Scurri has the Vision of Connecting Commerce by optimising the ordering, shipping and delivery process for eCommerce customers. We are a highly ambitious Retail Tech company based in Wexford Town supporting the delivery of billions of euros worth of transactions, and are growing at an amazing rate.

• We are looking for an energetic, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing Executive to provide cross-functional support across our entire marketing lifecycle. From data-driven prospect research and AI-assisted content creation to CRM hygiene and assisting event execution, you will play an integral role in driving our quarterly departmental objectives and helping Scurri continue to scale.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be required to:

• Develop social-first assets (carousels, short-form videos, reels, static graphics, infographics) and AI-assisted creative aligned with global brand guidelines. Repurpose campaign materials, manage the content calendar, and use analytics to continuously optimise performance.
• Harness a cutting-edge AI tech stack (including Claude, Gemini, HubSpot, and Adobe) to automate routine tasks, build efficient workflows, and audit AI-generated content for brand alignment.
• Support the Demand Generation Manager with HubSpot CRM hygiene - ensuring lead data is clean, compliant (GDPR), and segmented for targeted outreach.
• Partner with the Marketing Events Manager on end-to-end event promotion, logistics, and execution.
• Update website content via our CMS and support ongoing SEO initiatives and customer case study creation.
• Conduct research and analyse data to identify high-value target prospects for sales initiatives and support the creation of customer case studies.

What You'll Bring

• Education and Experience: A BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, alongside relevant experience (e.g., a high-calibre internship or prior Marketing Executive role).
• Social and Content Passion: A natural passion for social media with a demonstrable ability to turn technical B2B features into compelling, engaging content for UK, EU, and international markets.
• AI-First Mindset: Practical experience and a drive to leverage AI tools (Gemini, Claude, generative tools) to streamline manual workflows and scale productivity responsibly.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe, MS Office, and marketing platforms. Practical exposure to CRM software (HubSpot) and CMS platforms (WordPress) is highly advantageous.
• Core Marketing Understanding: A solid grasp of GDPR principles, first-party data, and multi-channel campaign execution across dynamic web and social channels.
• Excellent Communication: Outstanding written and spoken English, paired with strong organisational skills.
• Mobility and Work Authorisation: Must hold a full, clean, valid driver’s licence and be willing to travel within Ireland, the UK, EU, and US for key industry events if required. Must possess full legal working rights for Ireland/EU and UK, and be eligible for a US ESTA business visa waiver if required in the future.
