Job summary

Crown is seeking a Marketing Executive to own Crown's marketing activity, shaping the brand across content, social media, design, digital marketing and events. This standalone, hands-on role reports to the Business Development Manager and works hybrid from Roundwood, Co.

Wicklow. You’ll create materials, manage social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram), develop project and team stories, and help enhance Crown’s visibility with a consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Design.
• 2+ years in a marketing or design role.
• Strong design and content creation skills.
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organised with attention to detail.
• Experience in construction, engineering or B2B marketing would be an advantage, as would photography/video experience.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials including presentations, brochures, company profiles, newsletters and branded content.
• Manage Crown’s social media channels and create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
• Develop content around projects, people, company news, milestones and events.
• Create case studies, project profiles and website content.
• Support photography, videography and content creation across Crown’s projects and offices.
• Support company events, trade shows and client activities.
• Coordinate branded merchandise, clothing and promotional materials.
• Support website updates and digital marketing activity.
• Ensure consistency across Crown’s branding, messaging and visual identity.

We work across major hyperscale, life sciences, technology, advanced manufacturing and critical infrastructure projects.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and support the continued growth of the Crown brand.

The Role

This is a standalone, hands-on marketing role with the opportunity to take ownership of Crown’s marketing activity and play a key role in developing and strengthening the brand.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager and teams across Crown, you will manage a varied mix of content, social media, design, digital marketing, communications and events.

You will help showcase our projects, people and achievements while ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence across the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or design-focused role.
• Strong design and content creation skills.
• Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A creative, proactive and hands-on approach.
• Experience in construction, engineering or B2B marketing would be an advantage, as would experience with photography, video editing, WordPress or analytics.
