Job summary

Fáilte Ireland invites applications for the role of Support, Marketing Communications. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Officer, you will assist in delivering brand communications to ROI & NI audiences and support campaigns with agencies and internal teams.

The role emphasises administrative excellence, budget processing, and cross‑functional collaboration while helping develop copy for press releases and presentations. Based in Ireland with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ marketing experience.
• One year experience in a marketing communications role at a large consumer brand or similar.
• Experience working with agency partners.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong organisational skills with administrative and budget processing experience.
• Experience collaborating and working cross functionally with other teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent Presentation /Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of an effective brand communication strategy across channels.
• Assist with project management for marketing campaigns, handling specific elements with initiative.
• Guardianship of brands and creative assets with internal teams and agency partners.
• Assist the team in partnering with key agency partners.
• Support reporting on data, learnings and ROI analysis from campaigns.
• Coordinate content/presentations for brands, partners and internal meetings.
• Develop copy for press releases, articles and briefing documents.
• Coordinate shoots, media and other partner activities.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing and digital teams to maximise distribution and impact.
