Arup in Ireland is seeking motivated Civil or Structural Engineering students for its Early Careers work placement in the Maritime Engineering Teams. You will join a global consultancy delivering sustainable infrastructure and interact with colleagues worldwide.
During the placement you will conduct site visits, perform computations and data analysis, prepare reports and presentations, and participate in client and contractor meetings.

Our Maritime Engineering Teams at Arup work on the design and delivery of sustainable solutions on a wide range of international maritime projects such as ports, marinas, offshore energy and coastal protection projects and support multi-disciplinary projects.
During the work placement you will work both, collaboratively and independently within the team, with the ability to work with other Arup colleagues around the globe through our various technology solutions. Conduct site visits and investigations. Undertake computations and data analysis and prepare technical reports and presentations. Participate in meetings with the client, other consultants and/or contractors.
We're looking for students working towards a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
