Qualifications

• Leaving cert or equivalent qualification is required.
• A third level qualification in science or engineering is advantageous but not essential.
• Understanding of the requirements to work in a regulated GMP industry.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work within cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability to work in a fast, dynamic environment with unexpected constraints.
• Drive, high energy, and ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Team player who collaborates to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of biologics operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily tasks as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager according to GMP and the quality system.
• Active involvement and management of batch related CAPA’s from review to RCA, approval, disposition and closure.
• Assist in management and closure of existing CAPA’s through evaluation of current status and interdepartmental coordination.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Biologics 2 Process Team.
• Facilitate, support and generate RCA reports as required.
• Participate in GEMBA’s and Process Confirmations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver KPIs for the Product Flow function with emphasis on batch release cycle.
• Follow GMP and quality system guidelines in daily operations.
