Vertiv is seeking a proactive Product Technologies Specialist to support development, optimisation and implementation of manufacturing technologies within our production environment in Ireland.

You will identify opportunities to modernise processes, define technical requirements, and collaborate with suppliers, machine builders and system integrators to deliver efficient, reliable production capabilities aligned with continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• University degree in a manufacturing or engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with automation, machine development or new manufacturing technologies is advantageous.
• Experience working with equipment suppliers or system integrators is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to improve, modernise and automate existing manufacturing processes.
• Develop, evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, equipment and production methods.
• Optimise manufacturing processes and equipment operation to improve productivity, quality, efficiency and reliability.
• Support the modernisation of existing equipment and improvement of legacy technologies.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Identify and propose improvements aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
