Bristol Myers Squibb offers an Internship Programme for Manufacturing Support and Engineering Interns in Ireland, providing hands-on experience within Manufacturing Support and Manufacturing Engineering. The placement can be six, nine, or twelve months depending on degree requirements, with exposure to multiple manufacturing activities and opportunities to lead improvement projects.

You will work on process improvement, CAPA investigations, change controls, and SOP drafting, gaining experience

Responsibilities

  • Become the first Line for Manufacturing Support & Co-ordination, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Innovation.
  • Help identify process improvement projects and lead projects to completion.
  • Assist in drafting process impact assessments to support investigation closure.
  • Assist in drafting change controls, CAPA's, investigations, improvement projects and operational safety.
  • Minimize human error and work with operations to remove sources of error.
  • Drafting of Operations procedures, electronic batch records and other GMP documentation and provide technical training and knowledge transfer to the Operations team.
  • Multiproduct and product changeover: implementing new product introductions from an Operations perspective.
  • Support introduction of new products to Manufacturing.
  • Lead and implement new technology solutions such as Single-Use-Systems.
  • Supporting Sustaining Operations on Process/Equipment issues Delivery of Continuous Process Improvements on Process/Equipment Process/Engineering changes in support Tech Transfers and New Product Introductions

Compensation Overview

2, 213.90 € per month Pay for this internship/co-op position is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws. Pay may be offered as an hourly rate and/or monthly stipend, or other locally compliant structure. Pay is determined based on objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location. Interns and co-op participants may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. Eligibility and offerings are governed by applicable policies and employment regulations.
