Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Manufacturing Operation Team Member for a 23-month fixed-term role on a 24/7 day/night rotation. You will operate production line equipment, ensure quality and safety, and support adherence to OEE.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Sterile experience is advantageous but not required.
• Competent in operation, cleaning and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with MES/SCADA and SAP systems.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical operations and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment on production lines to achieve required output.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Maintain scheduled adherence to production and OEE metrics.
• Complete SOPs and training as required.
• Adhere to aseptic practices and PPE rules.
• Follow dress code and cGMP compliance.

# **Manufacturing Operation Team Member** *Location: Waterford**Job type: Fixed term, Full time* **About the job** The manufacturing team member is critical to the delivery and success of Pre-Filled Syringe operations within Sanofi Waterford. In this role you will be an integral part of a highly engaged and functional operational team who are aligned with site business objectives. **Please note this is 23-month fixed term opportunity.
