Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure reliable production of syringe and vial products. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across four Product Supply lines, interpret engineering drawings, and support repairs to minimize downtime.

You will drive GMP-compliant maintenance, keep precise records, and collaborate with Production, Automation, and Quality teams to boost OEE and overall equipment reliability in a busy, regulated manufacturing environment at our

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment across multiple lines to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP and safety standards and keep accurate records for audits.
• Respond to breakdowns and support line changeovers, set-ups and housekeeping per 5S standards.
• Apply root-cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and OEE.
• Liaise with Engineering, Automation and Quality teams to coordinate maintenance priorities and upskill operators when relevant.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders for audit readiness.
• Support investigations related to equipment deviations or downtime.
• Collaborate with Production, Automation and Quality teams to improve line performance.

**About the job**Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Team Lead, you will play an integral role within the Product Supply Unit’s team, ensuring reliable supply of syringe and vial products to our patients globally.The Product Supply APU consists of multiple platforms for the PFS inspection, assembly, labelling, cartoning, of autoinjectors and prefilled syringes and vials. The platforms range from manual processes through to high-speed, high volume automated production lines.We deliver 4.3 billion healthcare solutions to people every year, thanks to the flawless planning and meticulous eye for detail of our Manufacturing & Supply teams.
