Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member to support syringe filling operations, contributing to quality and efficiency on the production line. The role is a 23-month fixed-term position with 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, and 4 on/4 off patterns.

You will operate equipment, follow cGMP guidelines, complete SOPs, and uphold aseptic practices. The team collaborates to meet output targets and site KPIs while ensuring safety and quality across all processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Desirable: sterile manufacturing experience.
• Competence in operating, cleaning and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products manufactured to quality and safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment on production lines to meet output.
• Maintain scheduled adherence to production and OEE.
• Complete SOPs and training.

We have multiple openings consisting of 24/7 shifts, (days and nights) and 4 on and 4 off (12hr days).

The manufacturing team member is critical to the delivery and success of syringe filling operations within Sanofi Waterford. In this role you will be an integral part of a highly engaged and functional operational team who are aligned with site business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure our products are manufactured with quality and safety guidelines
• Operate equipment as part of the production lines to achieve the required level of output
• Maintain and support scheduled adherence to production and OEE
• Complete as relevant SOP’s and training
• Adherence to aseptic practices and procedures
• Adhere to all relevant dress requirements with respect to cGMP’s and PPE rules

Essential Requirements

• Experience of working in a cGMP manufacturing environment

It Would Be Advantageous To Have (not Essential)

• Previous steriles experience is desirable
• Competent in the operation, cleaning, maintenance of all manufacturing equipment
• MES/SCADA and SAP experience
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated good understanding of mechanical operations
• Technical writing skills
• Good knowledge of cGMP
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Understands site KPI’s
