Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Team Member to support syringe filling and related production activities on a 24/7 rotation (days and nights). The role focuses on quality, safety and procedural adherence within a fixed-term, full-time contract at Waterford campus.

Essential requirements include experience in a cGMP environment; steriles experience is advantageous. MES/SCADA and SAP knowledge is a plus, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Desirable steriles experience.
• Competent in operation, cleaning and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of cGMP and PPE rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment on production lines to achieve required output.
• Maintain scheduled adherence to production and OEE.
• Complete SOPs and training.
• Adhere to aseptic practices and procedures.
• Follow dress requirements with respect to cGMP and PPE.
