Job summary

Kinisla invites ambitious students in Engineering or Food Science to join the Early Careers Programme for a 6-month internship starting March 2027. You’ll gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to a potential Graduate Programme.

You will learn about KPIs, process capability, and our sustainability agenda while working with experienced colleagues at our sites in Listowel or Charleville.

Qualifications

• Studying Engineering, Food Science or a related degree.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated with drive to succeed.
• Excellent communicator and able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Strategic Agenda and bring it to life daily.
• Assist in embedding the Kinisla Manufacturing Standard.
• Learn to become an empowered people leader.
• Work on projects from capital investment to process improvements.
• Support management teams on major transformational projects.
• Contribute to the company sustainability agenda.
