Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support problem-solving and troubleshooting activities related to manufacturing equipment, processes, and operational issues.
• Assist with data gathering, root cause analysis, and implementation of improvement actions to support right-first-time execution and operational performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve process reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, visual management updates, and actions linked to manufacturing performance.
• Develop process flow diagrams and simple decision aids to improve process understanding and consistency.
• Contribute to updates of procedures, work instructions, and training materials to support manufacturing operations.
• Adhere to site safety, GMP, data integrity, and documentation expectations.
