Job summary

Morgan McKinley is hiring a Finance Analyst to join the Internal Manufacturing Finance team in Dublin on a 6-month hybrid contract. The role focuses on financial analysis, reporting improvements, budgeting, forecasting and product costing across a global manufacturing network.

Ideal candidates are ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent, with experience in Finance Analysis or Management Accounting, strong data analytics, and familiarity with SAP ERP. Exposure to Power BI is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or relevant finance qualification.
• Experience as Finance Analyst or Management Accountant.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets.
• Experience using SAP ERP and data visualization tools like Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large volumes of financial and operational data from multiple systems to produce meaningful insights.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting and accounting activities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Develop reporting and analysis to support manufacturing finance and operational decision-making.
• Contribute to product costing activities across the manufacturing network.
• Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders across multiple sites.
• Ensure financial controls, reconciliations and compliance activities are completed accurately.
• Produce clear reporting and communicate findings to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
