Azon Executive Search is retained by a Dublin-based wealth management firm to appoint a Managing Director to join the founders and lead the next growth phase. The MD will be responsible for building a discretionary wealth management client book and will contribute to the Investment Committee and executive leadership.

The opportunity offers a market-leading base salary, annual bonus, sweet equity, growth shares, plus pension and healthcare as part of the remuneration package.

Job description

Azon Executive Search has been retained by an Irish based Wealth Management firm to manage the search towards the appointment of an accomplished senior wealth management professional to the role of Managing Director to join the Founder Directors for the next phase of company growth and growth in client assets. This senior level MD role will involve the appointee taking responsibility for building a client book of AUM for discretionary Wealth Management advisory services. The appointee will also be a member of the firm's Investment Committee and overall executive management team.

Candidate profile

To be a fit for this opportunity, you will be a top performing Wealth Management professional with an excellent track record of generating and managing a portfolio Hi-Net Worth relationships within Ireland.

Location and Reporting lines

While our client is Dublin based, the appointee can be based within Ireland.
