Job summary

Force Recruitment and Outsourcing is seeking a Managing Director to lead its Modular Solutions division. You will own the strategy, build the team and drive client-driven growth across markets, reporting to the CEO. You will develop a three-year modular plan aligned with the Group strategy and oversee governance, risk, and performance reporting.

You will lead a high-performing team, shape tendering and contracts, and push continuous improvement to maximise profitability and market share.

The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established international operations partner with a strong presence across multiple sectors, is seeking a Managing Director to lead its Modular Solutions business. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a fast-growing division, shaping its strategy, building its team and delivering client-driven growth across new and existing markets.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside the wider C-Suite, you will lead, develop and commercialise scalable and profitable opportunities within the Modular division, with scope to explore new markets over time. A central part of the remit is developing and implementing a Modular-specific three-year plan that aligns to the wider Group strategy.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide the leadership required to take full responsibility for a growing business

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and company policies

  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion

  • Lead tendering proposals, bid management and the client engagement partnership model

  • Drive the people strategy with a genuine passion for developing talent

  • Ensure effective internal controls and management information systems are in place

  • Contribute effectively to corporate governance

  • Ensure all contracts operate at maximum efficiency and output

  • Lead monthly business reviews and report monthly KPIs in line with board pack requirements

  • Lead, motivate and engage openly and consistently with employees across the division

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to optimise cost and build competitive advantage

  • Play a key role in identifying, utilising and developing talent
