Job summary

Jump Juice Bars in Cork, at Blackpool Shopping Centre, is seeking a Full-Time Manager to lead our fast-paced juice bar team and uphold brand standards. You will create a positive experience for customers and guide daily operations with confidence.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a busy hospitality environment. Training is provided; catering or retail leadership experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Full availability Monday to Sunday, including weekends.
• Experience with food safety standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the team.
• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth store performance.

FULL-TIME MANAGER - BLACKPOOL SHOPPING CENTRE

We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Manager to join our team at Jump Juice Bars, Blackpool Shopping Centre, Cork. Working in our exciting, fast-paced juice bar, no two days are the same! You'll be responsible for leading the team, managing daily operations, maintaining high standards and creating a positive experience for our customers every day.

We are looking for someone with an excellent attitude who is reliable, motivated and confident in leading a team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, take initiative and lead by example while maintaining a positive and friendly approach.
