Job summary

Jump Juice Bars in Cork is seeking a Full-Time Manager to lead the team at Blackpool Shopping Centre. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high hygiene standards and create a positive experience for customers.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, reliable leader with strong communication skills, who can manage stock, cash handling and ensure procedures are followed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, supervision or team leadership is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full availability Monday to Sunday, including weekends.
• Willingness to lead by example and maintain hygiene standards.

We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Manager to join our team at Jump Juice Bars, Blackpool Shopping Centre, Cork.

Working in our exciting, fast-paced juice bar, no two days are the same! You’ll be responsible for leading the team, managing daily operations, maintaining high standards and creating a positive experience for our customers every day.

We are looking for someone with an excellent attitude who is reliable, motivated and confident in leading a team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, take initiative and lead by example while maintaining a positive and friendly approach.

The ideal candidate will:

Requirements

Experience & Training

Full training will be provided, but previous experience in the catering, restaurant or takeaway sector would be an advantage.
