Job summary

Harvey seeks a Manager, Enterprise Application Engineering to build and lead the engineering team behind Harvey's internal business systems. You will stay hands-on while growing a Dublin-based team, anchoring BizTech in EMEA as the company scales globally.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years managing engineers and 7+ years hands-on in enterprise applications, with strong SaaS integrations experience and a proven track record in AI-driven internal tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of engineering management experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on enterprise application, integration, or internal platform engineering.
• Hands-on depth in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience designing and operating API-based integrations between business systems.
• Working knowledge of major enterprise SaaS stacks (CRM, ERP, IdP, marketing automation).
• Proven experience applying LLMs or AI agents to production problems.
• Demonstrated hiring and engineering-development capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Dublin-based team of Enterprise Application Engineers and AI Enablement Engineers.
• Remain hands-on in design, code reviews, and integrations; set technical bar.
• Own the internal application layer spanning core platforms and services.
• Lead AI enablement, agents, and internal tooling across business teams.
• Partner with Finance, People, GTM, Marketing, CX, Legal, and Workplace teams.
• Define and scale engineering standards, processes, and governance.
• Anchor BizTech presence in EMEA and coordinate with US stakeholders.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions considering cost, security, and maintenance.
