• Team Leadership & Coaching: Hire, train, onboard, and mentor employees while tracking individual and team performance.
• Task Delegation & Planning: Assign daily workloads, set short- and long-term goals, and build operational schedules.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct employee reviews, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and create improvement plans for underperforming staff.
• Process & Budget Management: Monitor department budgets, control operating costs, and optimize workflows to increase efficiency.
• Communication Link: Act as a bridge between frontline staff and upper management or executive leadership by reporting progress and metrics.
